Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and instant customer service to customers on waste electrical and electronic equipment (e-waste) collection service via telephone or web portal;
  • Record accurate call orders into CRM system/ordering form and arrange collection service;
  • Follow up internal and external customers’ order and resolve customers’ enquiries; and
  • Coordinate with logistics team for collection schedule.

Requirements:

Location: Kwun Tong

  • F.5 or above;
  • 2-3 years' working experience in telemarketing / customer service / call centre (Fresh graduates with experience in direct customer interfaces will also be considered);
  • Good telephone manner, communication and problem solving skills;
  • Good command of English and Cantonese;
  • Responsible, mature, strong communication and good interpersonal skills;
  • Customer-focused and able to work independently; and
  • Proficiency in PC applications - MS Office, Chinese Word Processing.

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Sales and Marketing Executive.

Average 50 working hours per week (including meal breaks of 1 hour a day) and a competitive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.   • Prepare proposals and conduct presentations in both English and Cantonese

  • Cooperate with logistics and customer service team to develop services description

 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Excellent Communication in English, interpersonal and organizing skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, aggressive and able to work independently 
  • 1- 2 years working experience, candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support on logistics, Financial and Manufacturing systems
  • Develop internal programs on web-based or mobile platform
  • Participate in system design, development, testing, UAT and maintenance
  • Coordinate with external developers for multiple IT solutions

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 2 years in solid web-based application development
  • Experience in mobile development is a plus
  • Knowledge in database on Oracle or MS SQL Server is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work with challenges
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Programmer

Location : Fortress Hill

Working hoursMonday to Friday (9:00 - 18:00) and alternate Saturday (9:00 - 13:00)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general accounting duties, preparing spreadsheet & journals
  • Preparing payments & receipt vouchers, bank reconciliation statement, customer monthly statement, etc.
  • Responsible for data input into ERP
  • Handling internal filing system of all relevant records

Requirements:

  • LCC second level or above
  • Mature, well-organized, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Strong excel skills and knowledge in ERP, Microsoft-Dynamics is preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting concept of DBOT (IFRIC 12) is preferred
  • Familiar with manufacturing industry knowledge and government experience is advantage

Working hours:

Monday to Friday ; alternate Saturday from 9 to 6, if necessary
