Employee wellbeing is one of our priorities and ALBA IWS strives to build a happy working environment for our colleagues. Staff enjoy a two-hour lunch break on the last Friday every month. By playing little games together during the relaxing Fridays, staff build up better bonding and get refreshed in between worktime.
