Food is a subject of almost universal interest, and food culture sharing is a popular and effective activity to promote social inclusion. ALBA IWS was delighted to have partnered with Toshiba Hong Kong Limited to support the Cooking Ma Ma Workshop organized by New Home Association HOME Support Service for Ethnic Minorities on 12 Jan 2023.

The workshop encouraged participants to use their culinary skills to promote racial harmony and cultural integration. As the supporting organizations, ALBA IWS and Toshiba have offered the required cookware for the workshop. While preparing their signature dishes, all volunteers had a good time with the ‘cooking mama’ participants.
