IT Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist department head to maintain the system administration of AD, VMware, Veeam Backup, monitoring of firewalls, switches, VPN, Internet connectivity, and 2nd level desktop support;
  • Implementing system configurations with monitoring, DR, and backup solutions with IT policies with aspects of IT infrastructure;
  • Perform routine database administration and maintenance tasks for Application systems;
  • Provide technical advice as required for procurement or other projects;
  • Supervise vendors to perform infra upgrade;
  • Continuously improve effectiveness of security risk control and review IT security risks; and
  • Prepare and maintain system management and computer operation documentations

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline;
  • Preferable 5 years’ solid experience in server administration and networking;
  • Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, Networking, Firewall;
  • Holder of certificate of CCNA or MCSE would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge on cloud infrastructure;
  • Able to work independently and manage work pressure; and
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred

Remarks:

  • 5 working days per week 09:00 – 18:00 (shift on Saturday, NO NIGHT SHIFT)
  • Free shuttle bus (Kowloon / Tuen Mun / Tin Shui Wai)

Partnership and Development Manager

The incumbent should have strong business acumen, be self-driven with a high degree of ownership, and be adept at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop short- and long-term sales and promotional objectives, strategies, and action plans
  • Identify new and enhancing existing business relationships to capture opportunities
  • Maintain and develop new strategic alliances with customers and industry players
  • Formulate and implement strategic branding and customer engagement plan
  • Prepare reports, proposals and conduct presentations
  • Work with other teams to develop service description
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years in a management position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills through presentation
  • Capable of connecting with a diverse set of stakeholders to manage conflicts and navigate through issues
  • Strengths in negotiation and persuasion with tact and diplomacy
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese
  • Experience in IT Asset Disposition (Recovery/Recycling) industry will be a definite advantage

  • Working hours: 5-day work
  • Location: Lai Chi Kwok (Near MTR Station)
