IT Support
Job Description
  • Provide technical support to end-users on office software applications
  • Troubleshoot e-mail, printer and facsimile, software, hardware, networking and all other computer related issues
  • Manage company's software/hardware assets
  • Assist IT Administrator on server administration and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with internal users and external vendors to tackle IT issues
Requirements
  • Diploma preferably related to IT discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in IT technical support
  • Solid knowledge of IT and new technology
  • Organized, willing to learn, independent, multi-tasking, and a great team player
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
Remarks

Business Analyst
Job Description
  • Work closely with business users / stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements
  • Assist in the analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions
  • Contribute to the development of specifications, business process models, diagrams, and flow charts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical requirements
  • Support the testing and implementation of new systems and processes
  • Prepare manuals, reports and presentations as needed
  • Provide guidance and system support to end-users
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business Study / Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business analyst role or related field in customer service / logistics / recycling industries
  • Basic knowledge in no code or low code platforms is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Technical Services and Management Systems Manager
Job Description
  • Maintain, update and develop technical documentation to meet the needs of Operations, Logistics, Customer Services and Office Automation and fulfill legal and contractual requirements
  • Establish and monitor compliance and business performance KPIs
  • Coordinate internally and externally for maintenance and updating of management systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and ISO27001
  • Compile monthly and annual reports covering contractual performance, annual performance test and annual building condition surveys
  • Support the Operations and Logistics Departments in carrying out process review and implementation of process optimization projects
  • Support the IT team in office automation projects
  • Provide technical support to the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Team
Requirements
  • A good bachelor’s degree in production, mechanical or a related engineering discipline, a master’s degree is preferred
  • At least 5 years working experience in industrial environment, preferably in process design and/or improvements
  • Formal training/qualification in process improvement preferred
  • Familiar with management system certification processes
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills

Marketing & Stakeholders Relations Manager
Job Description
  • Proactively identify new and enhancing existing business relationships to capture opportunities
  • Maintain and develop new strategic alliances with customers and industry players
  • Formulate and implement strategic branding and customer engagement plan to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise and manage Business Development. PR & Communications, and Community Relations (including Customer Services) teams, as well as external partners and services providers
  • Lead and drive sales and customer services performance to achieve targets
  • Identifying objectives, strategy and action plan for short- and long-term goals
  • Nurture and develop relationships with the local community, NGOs, external partners and services providers
  • Organize the promotion and advertising of the WEEE Treatment Facility and Take Back services
  • Prepare reports, proposals and conduct presentations
  • Work with other teams to develop services description
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills through presentation, assertiveness and the ability to connect with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Have the ability to collaborate; managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, influence, manage conflicts and navigate through issues
  • Strengths in negotiation and persuasion with tact and diplomacy
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese
  • Experience in IT Asset Disposition (Recovery/Recycling) industry will be a definite advantage
  • Experience managing moderately complex procurement contracts, vendor negotiations and the sourcing of goods in IT recycling industry or within a similar industry setting
Logistics Specialist
Job Description
  • Enhance stock accuracy, efficiency, safety, service level and security
  • Prepare for the budget/forecast for Regional Collection Centre, Trucking and logistics back office
  • Set up and analyze Key Performance Indicators, and correct any deviation spotted
  • Set up SOP and ensure all procedures are in compliance with EPD requirements
  • Maintain data accuracy in systems and data validation
  • Gather and analyze operational data to create insights for the department
  • Prepare and analyze reports for management review
  • Deliver projects in line with the agreed processes, reporting milestones and to the required standard
  • Participate in helping logistics integrate with other departments in process flow improvements
  • Participate in daily operations when necessary
Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics and Supply Chain or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and good team player
  • Excellent command in Excel and logistics management systems
  • Fluent in both spoken (Cantonese) and written Chinese and English
  • Candidates from electrical appliances backgrounds are a plus
