Senior Marketing Communications Officer
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategy (e.g. articles, graphics and videos) for website and social media
  • Create marketing materials (e.g. leaflets, posters, banners, etc.) to improve branding
  • Perform SEO to improve traffic to the website
  • Perform media pitching and media monitoring to raise brand awareness
  • Initiate, plan and execute marketing campaigns/events (e.g. exhibitions, award ceremonies, etc.) that raise public awareness
  • Assist Partnership Team on CSR initiatives (e.g. donation events)
  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
  • A degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years' related experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. Google analytics, Google Search Console) is preferred
  • Knowledge of CMS system (e.g. WordPress) would be an advantage
  • High multi-tasking ability and can work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

ESG Officer
Job Description
  • Assess the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and impact of the operation
  • Carry out ongoing ESG monitoring and engagement with stakeholders
  • Provide internal support to department heads for the implementation of the ESG policy
  • Coordinate ESG activities and preparation of sustainability report
  • Keep abreast of international best practices in ESG management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in applying environmental and social standards, including the IFC Performance Standards, for businesses
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an environmental or social discipline, or a related field
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on the social and environmental impacts of projects, including developing ESG reports and conducting ESG due diligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority
IT Support Specialist
Job Description
  • Provide technical support to end-users on office software applications
  • Troubleshoot e-mail, printer and facsimile, software, hardware, networking and all other computer related issues
  • Manage company's software/hardware assets
  • Assist IT Administrator on server administration and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with internal users and external vendors to tackle IT issues
Requirements
  • Diploma preferably related to IT discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in IT technical support
  • Solid knowledge of IT and new technology
  • Organized, willing to learn, independent, multi-tasking, and a great team player
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
Remarks
  • 5 working days per week 09:00 - 18:00 (shift on Saturday, NO NIGHT SHIFT)
Logistics Specialist
Job Description
  • Enhance stock accuracy, efficiency, safety, service level and security
  • Prepare for the budget/forecast for Regional Collection Centre, Trucking and logistics back office
  • Set up and analyze Key Performance Indicators, and correct any deviation spotted
  • Set up SOP and ensure all procedures are in compliance with EPD requirements
  • Maintain data accuracy in systems and data validation
  • Gather and analyze operational data to create insights for the department
  • Prepare and analyze reports for management review
  • Deliver projects in line with the agreed processes, reporting milestones and to the required standard
  • Participate in helping logistics integrate with other departments in process flow improvements
  • Participate in daily operations when necessary
Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics and Supply Chain or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and good team player
  • Excellent command in Excel and logistics management systems
  • Fluent in both spoken (Cantonese) and written Chinese and English
  • Candidates from electrical appliances backgrounds are a plus
