Our Services
Recycling
We provide free door-to-door e-waste collection service to Hong Kong population. The scope of our service covers 18 districts, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands. We serve customers from different locations, including housing estates, village houses, tong lau (heritage houses), commercial buildings, etc. Upon receiving the appointment request, we can collect old electrical appliances within approximately 7 working days. If the schedule allows, we can arrange for an earlier collection date. Please call 2676 8888 or WhatsApp 6081 5096 to recycle your e-waste.

Donation
While all collected e-waste is transported to WEEE · PARK for proper treatment and recycling, we will also select some items such as television, refrigerator, washing machine, window-type air-conditioner and monitor for refurbishment and donation to people in need.
To apply for our refurbished appliances, please obtain a referral from a registered social worker and submit a completed application form. For enquiry, please call 2290 5238 or email us at donation@weee.com.hk
To support environmental sustainability, reduce paper consumption, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of application processing, ALBA will launch an online application form for donation services starting from 21 October 2026, gradually replacing the current PDF application process. To facilitate a smooth transition, a grace period will be implemented. Upon receipt of this notice, partner organizations may begin submitting applications through the online application form. We encourage organizations to adopt the online system early and familiarize themselves with the new application process. Please read Online Application Form User Guide before submission. - From 1 January 2027 onwards: All new applications must be submitted through the online application form

Helping those in need
We extend our donation campaigns to all walks of life, regardless of locations. We will go to places for people in need. ALBA IWS organized various of donation campaign every now and then in response to the severe impact of extreme weather. Our volunteers labouriously shipped the refurbished appliances to the remote districts, providing assistance to the affected households.
Care about different vulnerable groups
As part of the community, we pay extra care to the vulnerable groups, including the ethnic minorities and the elderly living alone. In addition to providing refurbished appliances, we also pay visits to their homes and care about their wellbeing.
Building partnership
ALBA IWS works with various businesses and organizations on donation and volunteering activities. We are actively exploring different partnerships to optimize our contribution to the community. Education
During the guided tour, visitors will learn about various functions of WEEE · PARK, ranging from the refurbishment workshop to the unloading bay & buffer storage area and also processing lines. This experience provides visitors with a deeper understanding of the management and conversion of regulated e-waste to resources.
WEEE · PARK Guided Tours
Free of charge. Open to public from Monday to Saturday (closed on public holidays). By appointment only, all applications should be made at least 7 days prior to the visit.
