Welcoming the Year of the Snake with ALBA IWS in Hong Kong!π§§π
The family of ALBA IWS came together in January for a night of celebration, connection, and recognition at our Annual Dinner 2025.
It was an evening of great food, laughter, and shared moments, but more than that, it was about recognizing the values that brought us together.
At ALBA, our culture is built on three core values: We Are All In as One Team, We Get Better Every Day, and We Stay Humble. Each value comes with three guiding mindsets, giving us nine ways to approach challenges and grow together.
One of the highlights of the evening was our Annual Awards, where colleagues were recognized for embracing the mindsets that define how we work as a team:
