- Supervise and assign warehouse staff to efficiently and properly complete daily warehouse tasks, while following the company’s direction
- Execute personnel work for the team, such as managing the team's discipline, executing occupational health and safety tasks, warehouse security, performance assessment and training plan
- Supervise the performance of subcontractors, communicate with subcontracting companies, regularly monitor and report on the work performance and quality of subcontracting companies and provide feedback
- Warehouse planning, including sites, materials, manpower, equipment and budgeting
- Set short, medium, and long-term goals for the team and motivate staff to achieve these goals according to the plan
- Establish and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), monitor the inbound, outbound, turnover and stock level of inventory
- Develop and revise warehousing management systems and management methods, optimize and digitalize internal logistics processes
- Assist the company in formulating rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOP) and KPIs
- Coordinate the daily receiving and shipping procedures and arrangements with the fleet team
- Maintain communication with various departments to ensure smooth operation
- Able to establish data and analytical capabilities, prepare regular reports, and provide review to management
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors
- Diploma or above
- Good written and spoken skills in Chinese and English
- Relevant work experience, including at least 4 years of team management experience
- Proficient in computer and office tools (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel)
- Familiar with Chinese input method
- Proactive, highly motivated, strong execution skills, excellent leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to establish and analyze data effectively
- Holder of a valid counterbalanced forklift license is preferred
- Work Location: Kwai Chung

Supporting Tai O with refurbished appliances: ALBA IWS’ post-typhoon donation initiative
After the recent super typhoon swept across Hong Kong, several areas suffered from severe flooding and infrastructure damage. Among these, Tai O was one of the areas most affected by flooding.
What happened to the secondary raw materials produced by WEEE · PARK after recycling?
We showcased our 3D‑printed mini WEEE Hero, crafted from recycled ABS plastics sourced from WEEE · PARK. ABS is a durable material commonly found in products like televisions and computers and was given a new life through this initiative. Visitors were surprised to see how everyday electronic waste can be transformed into fresh creations, sparking inspiring conversations about circular solutions and the potential of sustainable innovation.
ALBA IWS donated over 10,000 refurbished appliances
ALBA IWS is committed to promoting the use of refurbished electrical appliances by restoring usable electrical items and reintegrating them into society to support those in need. Thanks to the dedication and persistence of the refurbishment team, WEEE · PARK has successfully donated over 10,000 refurbished appliances since its establishment. These include refrigerators, air-conditioners, televisions, and washing machines, bringing essential support and hope to countless families.
“ALBA IWS’ Eco Impact: E-waste and Carbon Reduction” Event on 22 March
On 22 March, ALBA IWS hosted “Eco Impact: E-waste and Carbon Reduction” event at WEEE · PARK, welcoming representatives and members from different organizations. Through guided tours, participants gained firsthand insight into the e-waste recycling process and explored how communities can connect with sustainable development.
